Exchanges and returns

If it is necessary to make an exchange or return, it must be done within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges of shirts, raincoats and any items that need to be tailored or have some type of personalization are not accepted.


Solki does not accept returns. If it is necessary to pay the difference in value through Solki, it will be discounted from the next purchase.

Due to the fact that each item is handcrafted after each order, Solki kindly asks that you always check the size guide. Not checking the size forces Solki to produce the new one from scratch, and the customer may run the risk of the desired pattern no longer being available.

The products must be intact, with the original labels, complete and inside the original packaging (the cloth bag cannot be damaged, scratched or used like the other items). For this process we ask that you send an email to solkipetwear@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

If the product arrives defective or has some anomaly, please contact us via email solkipetwear@gmail.com in order to complain about the situation. In order for the exchange to be carried out, a photo of the damaged items must be sent on the same day the order is delivered.

Cancellation of order

If the order has already been processed, it is not possible to cancel it! The products are all handmade after each order and for this reason Solki does not cancel orders that have already started to be made.

Out of stock

Without commitment or binding nature, if stock runs out, the customer will be contacted by Solki to be informed of the expected delivery date of the desired products. The customer may also request a replacement with similar products in stock.
