Submissions
Shipments are made every Wednesday by registered or express mail.
Registered mail : the safest method and allows you to track the order. It takes 1/2 business days. (recommended)
Priority mail: There is no tracking code, it may take more than 2 business days and Solki is not responsible if it is lost.
Exchanges
Please, it is very important to always check the size guide and make sure you are ordering the correct one!
Each product is handmade locally after each order and will need to be remade for exchange.
If it is necessary to make an exchange, it must be done within 14 working days from the day of delivery. If it was shipped by mail, it counts from the day it was sent!
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges of shirts, raincoats and all items that are custom-made or have some type of personalization are not accepted.
Products must be intact, with the original labels, complete and in the original packaging.
Returns
Each item is handmade to order. For this reason, returns of any product are not accepted.
If you order the wrong size, we will give you the option of exchange.
